Is this therapy?
No, this is a specialized coaching process that I have developed by combining coaching with  parts of Rapid Resolution Therapy. While the method includes “therapy” in its name, when used within my coaching practice, it serves as an advanced tool to help clear some of the blocks—not as clinical treatment or for an official diagnosis.
What results can I expect?
Results vary from person to person, but many clients experience greater clarity, reduced stress, improved coping skills, and meaningful personal progress over time.
Is this confidential?
Yes. Sessions are kept confidential in accordance with professional and legal standards, with limited exceptions where disclosure may be required by law.
What if I'm not sure if I am ready?
That is completely okay. It is common to feel unsure at first, which is why I encourage you to start with a free complimentary call first. Reaching out can simply be a first step to explore whether this feels like the right fit for you.  Please meet with me for the 30-minute discovery call to discuss this further.
Do you do public speaking?
Yes. Public speaking engagements may be available depending on topic, timing, and audience needs. I am available to speak at universities, hospitals, organizations, EMS weeks, firehouses, and similar venues.
